The Nashville Chapter of ASWA was chartered in May 2007. The organization seeks to unify its members in an enjoyable forum. Its luncheon meetings are held the third Wedensday of every month at 11:30. Locations vary. Monthly programs are designed and presented addressing topical accounting industry and non-accounting industry related issues with invitations extended to numerous and various industry leaders, as well as, leaders from non-accounting related industries that share their knowledge and insights with the ASWA membership. In addition, CPE classes and evening networking mixers are offered throughout the year.

ASWA is dedicated to fostering opportunities to women (and a few good men) in all accounting and related fields enabling members to achieve their full personal, professional and economic potential and to contribute to the future development of their profession. ASWA strives to be flexible in order to meet the changing needs and interests of its membership.
